A recruitment company specialising in the highly competitive sector of resourcing for financial services. After nine months of trading, Grovelands needed a full rebrand to better reflect their business values and position them as serious players in their market.

What we did:
We led the Grovelands team through two branding workshops. The first workshop was a half-day with both directors of the company to clearly establish their values and vision. Pinning down the directors to make time for this exercise was challenging but their involvement was essential and demonstrated their commitment to the branding process. The next workshop was conducted with key senior management and was an outstanding teambuilding exercise. It also greatly helped to establish shared brand values and a vision for the company.
The corporate identity was designed to reflect the fast pace of the business while providing a solid foundation for successful delivery of a high quality of service. The Grovelands trees also allude to the growth and development of both clients and associates working in partnership with Grovelands. A strong but warm colour palette was developed for Grovelands providing a high level of flexibility for marketing materials. The palette consists of three primary colours based on Farrow & Ball paints: Folly Green, Rectory Red and Cook’s blue complimented by a range of softer tones. The corporate font DIN Pro is both modern and clean while still being accessible.
As part of the rebrand we created a brand style guide for Grovelands reaffirming the brand values. We also provided a full set of stationary; the letter heads were printed on nine lives recycled stock with matching envelopes in three sizes.
