Grovelands is a financial services recruitment company specialising in complaints handling, compliance and risk. When they approached zero G they had been trading a year and their basic website didn’t reflect the growth in the business.

The problems we solved:

Grovelands had a static website that they had to pay to get updated. The website also didn’t reflect the new brand zero G had created for the rapidly growing company. Recruitment is all about people and the existing website didn’t reflect the team.

How we did it:

We used a professional photographer to take photos of all the team members. As the company grows more pictures are taken and the content of the website is managed by Grovelands. We created a bespoke WordPress theme which also included customised content management so that Grovelands can add external jobs to their website. They can also post internal vacancies for people looking to work at Grovelands. zero G regularly assists Grovelands in implementing their content strategy to keep the website fresh looking and regularly updated. We monitor web traffic and advise on information architecture issues affecting the business.
